New for 2021, Bauer Goalie has again pushed the boundaries of innovation and technology that goes into a Goalie Blocker. The all-new Bauer Vapor Hyperlite Pro Custom Senior Custom Goalie Blocker builds off of the highly successful Bauer 2X Pro to bring every goalie the blocker they need to perform at their peak.

Pro Custom specifically offers a higher variety of spec options throughout the entire blocker along with exclusive zones that offer more color variety compared to the regular Hyperlite Pro Senior Custom.

Starting off with the face of the Bauer Vapor Hyperlite Blocker, the graphic is made to mimic the leg pads with several zones running through the pad to create a simple yet highly customizable pad to achieve specific looks. Running diagonally through the center of the blocker is a slash-like patterns that acts as the focal point of the design and can be utilized to create the perfect accent to a great graphic.

Moving on to the board of the Hyperlite blocker, Bauer has made some slight changes by adding a Rebound Boost Core which, with its self-explanatory name, is aimed to boost rebounds out further and with more accuracy so goaltender can redirect pucks in to safe and intended areas. Along with RBC, Curv Composite makes its return to the blocker, adding the protection a goaltender needs with the reactivity perks of previous Bauer blockers.

Flipping over to the palm side of the blocker, more changes can be seen directly in the palm with the addition of a 14.5” Connekt+ Palm which is built to give the goaltender a better feel when handling their stick, borrowing tech from their renowned player gloves where the feel of the stick is a top-level priority. Inside on the fingers you can see the adjustable finger protection made with PORON that can be adjusted for comfort when handling the stick and helps prevent pucks from riding up the stick into the goaltenders finger.

Finally, down at the cuff, an asymmetrical aerolite cuff keeps the entire unit at a very low weight overall while allowing the goaltender the physical freedom to reach out toward pucks for saves in any situation.
